18 year old Christian Phillips delivered cookies laced with LSD to police at the Blue Mound Police Department -- on behalf of MADD. At the time he was working for MADD as a part of his community service that he was serving. He got arrested at the Lake Worth Police Department, who had been warned by the Blue Mound department, when he came in to deliver another basket.
Apparently 3 cops ate these cookies -- and one of them "thought it smelled like weed" so got it tested... UMM, im no expert -- really im not -- but LSD doesnt smell like weed... The dude was trippin -- thats what they couldnt admit!
