
Moroccan Siamese twins connected at the chest and stomach since birth were separated successfully on Saturday, July 12, 2008 at King Abdul Aziz Medical City in Riyadh.
Safa And Marwa shared the same liver and digestive tract when they arrived at the hospital on April 4th.
King Abdullah covered the cost in the 19th successful separation at the medical facility, largely due to the Royal Family's expense.
