Port Forwarding Your Xbox 360

I've had the all too familiar problem on Xbox Live with the "NAT issue" and/or the wait for "players found".... brutal... I actually don't own an Xbox 360, but I'm always at a buddies house playing Halo 3, and getting frustrated along with the rest of the crew just waiting... and waiting....
